Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart or have already processed the order then please contact us on 0845 413 2772 and we can ammend the order.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please Note: When ordering for the first time all goods will only be shipped to the card holders matching address details. Repeat purchases can be shiped to other delivery destinations subject to full postal code and landline telephone number being provided at the point of order.

At Golf Performance we provide a fast, efficient delivery service for both UK and European orders. With all our stock held in our 10,00sqft warehouse, our distribution team work hard to get 99% of orders despatched the same day if received before 4.00pm, so that we are confident that you can receive your goods in the quickest possible time.

Please Note: The above delivery charges are a subsidised charge that is made to our customers based on the value of their spend. The Actual cost incurred by Golf Performance is £9.99 for DPD Express Next Day Delivery and £7.99 for DPD Standard Delivery. All Shipping charges are a separate contractual agreement within the order process and website. Any returned for refunds that have recieved free delivery will incur a delivery charge of £3.95.

3rd Party Collections:

Golf Performance is happy to arrange a third party collection on goods. The cost incurred by the customer is £14.99 the actual cost incurred to Golf Performance is £19.99. This service can be arranged by either emailing sales@golfperformance.co.uk or telephoning 0845 413 2772.

Delivery Addresses:
When ordering for the first time all goods will only be shipped to the card holders matching address details. Repeat purchases can be shiped to other delivery destinations subject to full postal code and landline telephone number being provided at the point of order.

We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 2:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If your order is placed over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday. A Saturday delivery service is available and quotes can be obtained by calling 0845 413 2772 and speaking to one of our sales team. Quoted delivery timescales are for working days Mon-Fri.

In the unfortunate isolated instances that DPD Standard 1-2 Day or DPD Express Next Day delivery is not met then this entitles the customer to a refund of the difference with the standard delivery charge withing the delivery time frame.

Delivery Schedule

Golf Performance offer a fast and secure home delivery service. All UK Mainland orders are shipped FREE OF CHARGE on our DPD Super Saver 3-4 Day Delivery. We also offer other delivery services such as Express Next Day or Saturday Delivery (See Delivery Information Page)(Post Code Exceptions Occur These Are Noted Above Please Check Our Shipping & Delivery Page Above For Full Details Or Call 0845 413 2772 To Check Your Delivery Rate). 99% of products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.

Failed Deliveries:

When a order has been despatched and the delivery has failed due to the customer not at home or anyone able to sign for the delivery at the destination address, There will be a further attempt on deliver and if unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to the couriers hub and for three days awaiting the customers collection. If the parcel is returned to us by the courier and the customer requests a re-delivery an additional delivery charge of £9.99 will be charged to the customer. If any parcel is refused delivery by the customer a courier despatch and return fee will apply of £14.99.

If a customer decides to cancel the order due to a deadline not made and after a failed delivery attempt where the customer has not been there to sign for the delivery a courier shipping cost will be incurred by the customer of £9.99 which will be taken from the refund amount.

Back Orders

If your item(s) are not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, or potential alternatives if you require your order urgently.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

VAT For European Union Countries:
As per the latest E.U. laws, if the place of delivery is within the E.U. the UK 20% VAT applies to the order which then means that when your parcel arrives in the desination country, the VAT of that country does not have to be paid and there are no extra customs charges.

VAT For Non E.U Countries & UK Channel Islands:
Both the UK Channel Islands & countries not part of the E.U are exepmt form the 20% UK VAT charge. When you place your order online, you will pay the price including the UK VAT, then when your order is dispatched the 20% VAT content is then fully refunded back to yourself, making the purchase VAT FREE.

VAT For Registered Buisiness Owners:
If you are ordering for a business and have a VAT Registered number, you may place an order online through the checkout and pay the price including the VAT. In the special delivery instruction box you can then write the companies VAT number. Once the order is processed and dispatched the 20% VAT content is then fully refunded back, making the purchase VAT FREE.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Every payment and transaction made at Golf Performance link directly to our RBS World Pay Secure Payments Service, ensuring that during you online purchase, there is no chance of anyone getting hold of your information. This also means that as secure payments are under the World Pay service, operated by 'The Royal Bank Of Scotland' your payment details are never disclosed or saved by ourselves, giving you even more payment security.

Guarantee

At Golf Performance we strive to give all our customers complete satisfaction with goods and services purchased. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product or need a different garment size, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund within our returns policy. This allows you to purchase goods in complete confidence, with the knowledge that you can return items with our quick and easy returns policy.

If you are returning goods for exchange or credit/refund, please package your goods safely and securely and use the original packaging if this is possible. We recommend that you use a reputable courier for larger goods, and Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller items. Please enclose either your original order form or receipt with your return request listed or highlighted on the form.

We offer a 28 day exchange or credit note return from the date of order. Any items you wish to return for size or style must be received back no later than the 28 days. Alternatively we offer a return for credit note which will be issued upon return to the value of the goods that can later be used to purchase online or by mail order.

Upon placement of the order you we operate strict 10 day return period from date of order to return your products for a refund. Goods returned under the Refund Policy must be received back to us no later than the 10th day after order. As we operate an auto stock replenishment system any goods returned to us after this time will be offered an exchange of goods or to be issued with a credit note. Any special requested items/orders cannot be issued with a refund under any circumstances. If your returned item was issued with a free promotional gift, you must send the free gift back along with the item for refund, or the value of the free gift will be deducted from the value of the refund. Any returned items for a refund that have recieved free delivery will incur a delivery charge of £3.95.

Please Note - All items returned must be in the exact condition as received and in the original packaging, this includes the odour from cigarette smoking. Goods received back to us that are not in a resalable condition will either be return back or possibley allocated a credit note that can be used to purchase any other goods online or by mail order.

Special Offers Conditions:
Golf Performance will on occassions run special offers through its website and mail order lines, these offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers that may be running at the same time or have been used at previous times and may well be used again at other times. Any free of charge product that is being offered at the time of the promotions will not be offered at these times, we will simply be giving the customer the lowest price available.

Golf Performance do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returning Your Goods:

Package your goods safely and securely - use the original packaging if this is possible.

We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way from you to us.

To speed up the returns process please keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of your warranty.
