
Returns Information
At Golf Performance we strive to give all our customers complete satisfaction with goods and services purchased. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product or need a different garment size, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund within our returns policy. This allows you to purchase goods in complete confidence, with the knowledge that you can return items with our quick and easy returns policy.
Returns Policy:
Returning Unwanted Goods:
If you are returning goods for exchange or credit/refund, please package your goods safely and securely and use the original packaging if this is possible. We recommend that you use a reputable courier for larger goods, and Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller items. Please enclose either your original order form or receipt with your return request listed or highlighted on the form.
Return For Exchange Or Credit Note:
We offer a 28 day exchange or credit note return from the date of order. Any items you wish to return for size or style must be received back no later than the 28 days. Alternatively we offer a return for credit note which will be issued upon return to the value of the goods that can later be used to purchase online or by mail order.
Return For Refund:
Upon placement of the order you we operate strict 10 day return period from date of order to return your products for a refund. Goods returned under the Refund Policy must be received back to us no later than the 10th day after order. Any special requested items/orders cannot be issued with a refund under any circumstances.
Please Note: All items returned must be in the exact condition as received and in the original packaging, this includes the odour from cigarette smoking. Goods received back to us that are not in a resalable condition will either be return back or possibley allocated a credit note that can be used to purchase any other goods online or by mail order.
Please Note: Unwanted goods must be returned at your cost to the address listed below, clearly stating your full name and address including your postcode and contactable telephone number.
Upon recieving your return, our customer service team will process the return within 1-2 working days. All exchanges and credit notes are then dispatched free of charge on our Super Saver 3-4 working day delivery. Refunds will be issued on the same day and can take up to 3-4 working days to fully process.
Incorrect & Faulty Goods:
In the event we have made an error and sent you an incorrect order or a product that is faulty, please contact us immediately on our Local Call Rate 0845 413 2772. Once we are notified we can advise you of the return procedure. We will cover the cost of the return postage subject to our notification of return postage that we recommend. On large items we will arrange a third party collection and smaller goods we require them to be returned using the Royal Mail service. Upon receipt of the faulty item we will deliver the replacement to you on an express service. Reporting faulty products after 28-days from invoice date cannot be collected and are covered only by the CRTBW (customer return to base warranty). We strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier for larger goods and Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller items with adequate insurance cover on all returns.
