Delivery Information
At Golf Performance we provide a fast, efficient delivery service for both UK and European orders. With all our stock held in our 10,000sqft warehouse, our distribution team work hard to get 99% of orders despatched the same day if received before 2.30pm, so that we are confident that you can receive your goods in the quickest possible time.
When Do Deliveries Take Place?
Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8.00AM - 6.00PM with the exception of Saturday Delivery Services where goods will be delivered between 8.00AM - 5.00PM. Please note, all our deliveries are sent on a secure courier service and require a signature.
Can I Have My Order Delivered To A Different Address?
On first time orders, all UK deliveries can be delivered to your home or alternative business address. For returning customers goods can be delivered to any requested alternative address.
Can I Request Special Delivery Instructions?
At the point of checkout there is a special section in shipping and handling which allows you to leave a special delivery instruction e.g. "if out leave with a neighbour". Please note this service is also available on mail order phone sales, please ensure that the request is made to the sales advisor.
What Happens If I Miss The Delivery?
If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods the courier will either leave an attempted delivery card (see T's & C's for more info) or they will try to deliver to a neighbour if possible. This card will contain the contactable number for the courier in which you can call to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the nearest depot. If you have any problems with delivery please email our customer service team.
