Please find below some questions you may be thinking of when either placing an order, requiring information or simply just browsing our website. Deliveries:

Q. How Long Does Delivery Take?

A. We work hard to dispatch 99% of all orders on the same day to ensure the quickest delivery time. There is a range of different delivery services available that you can select in the checkout process. See Delivery Information for full list delivery services.

Q. Does Golf Performance Deliver Outside The UK?

A. We are pleased to announce that we offer fast efficient delivery to European destinations at competitive delivery rates. All our European deliveries are sent on a secure insured service. Please see Delivery Information for full list of European delivery services.

Q. When Do Deliveries Take Place?

A. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8.00AM - 6.00PM with the exception of Saturday Delivery Services where goods will be delivered between 8.00AM - 5.00PM. Please note, all our deliveries are sent on a secure service and require a signature.

Q. Are Goods Shipped On A Secure Insured Service?

A. All our goods are sent out on a 100% Secure Insured Service for total peace of mind should there be any problems with delivery.

Q. What If I Am Out When The Courier Tries To Deliver?

A. If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods the courier will leave an attempted delivery card. This card will contain the contactable number for the courier in which you can call to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the relevant depot/post office. Q. I Have A Problem With An Order Or Want To Know Delivery Time?

Q. How Can I Track My Order Or Delivery?

A. You can track the status of your order or delivery by emailing our Customer Service Team on sales@golfperformance.co.uk where one of our staff will reply with the current status of the order.

Returns:

Q. How Do I Return An Item?

A. If you wish to return an item you will need to please package your goods safely and securely and use the original packaging if this is possible. We recommend that you use a reputable courier for larger goods, and Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller items. Please enclose either your original order form or receipt with your return request listed or highlighted on the form. For more info please visit our Returns Section.

Q. How Long Have I Got Before I Can Send An Item Back For A Refund?

A. Upon placement of the order you we operate a full 10 day return period from date of order to return your products for a refund. Goods returned under the Refund Policy must be received back to us no later than the 10th day after order. Any special requested items/orders cannot be issued with a refund under any circumstances.

Q. How Long Have I Got Before I Can Send An Item Back For An Exchange Or Credit Note?

A. We offer a 28 day exchange or credit note return from the date of order. Any items you wish to return for size or style must be received back no later than the 28 days. Alternatively we offer a return for credit note which will be issued upon return to the value of the goods that can later be used to purchase online or by mail order.

Q. What If I Have Been Delivered An Incorrect Item Or One Of My Items If Faulty?

A. In the event we have made an error and sent you an incorrect order or a product that is faulty, please contact us immediately on our Local Call Rate 0845 413 2772. Once we are notified we can advise you of the return procedure. We will cover the cost of the return postage subject to our notification of return postage that we recommend. On large items we will arrange a third party collection and smaller goods we require them to be returned using the Royal Mail service. Upon receipt of the faulty item we will deliver the replacement to you on an express service. Reporting faulty products after 28-days from invoice date cannot be collected and are covered only by the CRTBW (customer return to base warranty). We strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier for larger goods and Royal Mail recorded delivery for smaller items with adequate insurance cover on all returns.


Q. Has My Returned Item Arrived Yet & How Long Does It Take To Get Processed?

A. Our returns are processed within 1-2 days of receiving them. If it is for exchange without any price difference then the new goods will be immediately shipped back out for you within the day. If there are any faulty goods returns, outstanding payments, credits or refunds to be made you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team. If you have heard nothing in around 4-5 working days of your expected delivery back to our warehouse please contact or chase up the delivery status with your courier or shipper. Please Note - Credits & Refunds can take up to 7 Working days to clear.

Q. Are The Items Listed Online In Stock?

A. We keep a large stock holding in our state of the art warehouse/distribution centre, ensuring that 99% of items are In Stock so that we can offer same day dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to inform you of a very small delay.


Q. Is It Safe And Secure To Order Products On The Internet?

A. Shopping is totally safe. Once you have finished shopping go to the check out fill in you details and delivery address. You then have a choice of method of payment - Credit/Debit Card Payments or American Express Only payments, both are 100% secure. If you choose Credit/Debit Card Payments, when you actually come to entering your credit card details you are taken onto a secure server operated by the respective Payment Service Provider (PSP) which is World-Pay (Royal Bank Of Scotland). Likewise if you choose American Express Payments Only, you are taken into a secure server operated by the respective Payment Service Provider within our website which is Actinic Payments (Secure online payment server). Both automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). This in turn, for your added comfort and security, we as a company do not hold any credit card details on our servers. Q. Does The Price Of The Goods Include VAT?

A. Yes all prices within our website include VAT.
